HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER/DELIVERY IF I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

When you place an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email, which could take up to one working day before it reaches your inbox. Your second email will be a confirmation of your item being shipped, which is when you can track your order if you checked out as a guest.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Most products are made to order. This is to maximum freshness and increase longevity, so we aim to ship your items within seven days of your order.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY POINTS?

If you have provided us with your birthdate, you will receive 150 points via email on your birthday to spend online. Customers must enter their birthdate at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
Your birthday reward points will be available to use in 'My rewards' section of the payment page during checkout.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BODY BUTTERS?
All of the butters contain Shea butter offering its healing, anti-inflammatory and emollient properties.
​
ZEN is blended with cocoa butter, which works as an emollient to moisturise and soften skin. It is scented lavender, bergamot and frankincense which is the perfect blend to unwind with.
AWAKEN is blended with mango butter, which is an antioxidant that helps stimulate the skin's natural renewal process. AWAKEN is blended with lemongrass, tea tree and sweet orange
BARE is also created with mango butter but is made without any essential oils and has been delicately created for the safety of pregnant women, babies and young children.
